Photo shoots take place in professional studios (preferably in the Cologne, Germany area) or on location.
I work with contract only and will be granted the irrevocable, perpetual and unrestricted right to take, use and (re-)publish the resulting pictures in any form and in any media, specifically including but not limited to print media, web sites, social networking/media platforms and photographic communities - except for illegal purposes. These rights include both commercial and non-commercial use.
Optionally, and in addition to payment, the model will receive all the images of the entire photo shoot for their non-exclusive personal use.
